Dear Ones,
Well, we have several obstacles in our way right now that are slowly being resolved. Going to be here for a few more daysš
As I relayed yesterday, the cath went very well with no blockages. š Mary Malletteās cardiac rhythm was stable, so the external defibrillator vest was going to be added, but before that could happen, she experienced VTach againš³š³š³
So, something else was going onā ļø It was and they found it and is now being addressed. She had fluid on her right lung-an impressiveš¤¦āāļøamount! All docs conferred an agreed about placement for a chest tube. Immediate reliefššš
Her blood counts are also down, so they have ordered 2 units of blood that will come later today.
Being in the ICU is serious and putting all the pieces into the puzzle correctly, take time, patience, skill and even some luck. So far, so good. Each new presentation has been met with professionalism by the staff and courage by our darling, Mary Mallette.
We are actually watching some trash TV and eating grilled cheese sandwichesš¤·āāļøš¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø I want you all to know MM is okay emotionally, spiritually, and all the lyās except for the āphysicallyā part right now. MM is looking really good and knows she's right where she needs to be!
Healing takes time. She's resting and reading all your texts, prayers, emails, messages, jokes, and memes...she loves you all and sends her thanksš
Love love love
Meg
